Good to know

The questions we hear most. Still curious? Reach out any time.

How much space do I need?+
Plan for the unit's footprint plus about 5 feet of clearance on every side and 10 feet in front of the entrance. Each inflatable lists its dimensions on its card above, and they are not small: the Dual-Lane Combo is 28 feet long, so measure the run of your yard, not just the width. Height varies a lot between units, from 7 feet up to 15, so read the height on the card for the one you want and look up before you pick a spot: low branches and power lines are the thing people forget.
What surfaces can you set up on?+
Grass is ideal and included, since we anchor with stakes. We can also set up on a driveway, concrete, or asphalt using sandbags, for an anchoring fee of per inflatable, since each one needs its own bags at every anchor point. We cannot set up on rock, gravel, mulch, or dirt, as those can damage the unit.

One exception: any unit running wet is grass only, because the water has to have somewhere to drain. The Dual-Lane Combo always runs wet, so it is always a grass setup and the driveway option does not apply to it.
Which units run wet?+
Two of our three inflatables run wet, and they work differently.

The Dual-Lane Combo is a wet unit. It always comes set up wet, and the water is included in the price, so there is nothing to add and nothing extra to pay.

The Rainbow Double Slide Combo is a wet or dry unit, so you choose. Pick Wet when you book and we bring the splash pools and hook up the misting system for a flat $20, or leave it dry at no extra cost.

Whenever a unit is running wet, three things are true. You supply the water, so we need an outdoor spigot within 100 feet of the setup area. The setup has to be on grass, because water needs somewhere to drain and we cannot safely run a water unit on a driveway. And the ground around the unit will get wet and muddy, which is normal for a water slide but worth picturing beforehand.
What exactly is the misting fan?+
A single portable misting fan you can add to any booking. It stands about 24 inches tall, holds 3.2 gallons of water, oscillates, and runs on its own battery, so it never shares power with the inflatable blower. We set it up where you want it and fill it before we leave.

To be straight with you about what it is and is not: it cools one spot, such as your seating area, the food table, or a pop-up canopy. Think of it as a comfortable shaded corner for the grown-ups, not air conditioning for the whole yard. On a long, hot afternoon it may need a refill, and we will show you how.

For safety it is always set up well clear of the inflatable and pointed away from it. A wet bounce surface is a slip hazard, so we never let the mist reach the unit.
Do you deliver and set up?+
Yes. Every rental includes professional setup, anchoring, a safety check, and pickup after your event. You do not touch a stake or a strap.

Delivery is free anywhere within 25 miles of us in Braselton. Past that we charge $2.00 per mile for the distance beyond the free radius, counted once for the delivery trip and once for the pickup, so it works out at about $20.00 at 30 miles and $60.00 at 40. We do not deliver past 45 miles.

You do not have to work any of this out yourself. Start typing your address on the booking form and pick it from the list, and the exact delivery cost appears in your total before you commit to anything.
What time do you deliver and pick up?+
We usually deliver before 10 AM and collect after 4, so most single day rentals run 6 to 8 hours of party time. We schedule around you, so tell us when your party starts and we will work to it.

On a multi-day booking the unit stays overnight and you have it for the whole weekend.
What about power?+
The blower needs a standard outlet within about 100 feet of the setup spot. If you do not have power nearby, let us know in your booking notes and we will talk through options.
How and when do I pay?+
Booking holds your dates as pending. Pay the deposit by card right here on the site and your booking is confirmed straight away, or send it by Venmo or Zelle using the details shown after you book and we confirm it. Card details go straight to Square and are never seen or stored by this site.
Is sales tax included in the price?+
Our daily rates are quoted before tax. Georgia charges sales tax on equipment rentals, so it is calculated on your delivery address and added to your total. A delivery charge, where there is one, is taxed the same way, because Georgia counts delivery as part of the sale rather than as something separate. You will see the subtotal, the tax, and the total broken out on the calendar before you book, and again on your confirmation email, so there are no surprises.
What is your weather and cancellation policy?+
Inflatables cannot be used in rain or winds over 15 mph for safety. If the forecast turns unsafe, we reschedule your rental or work out a raincheck. You can cancel a pending request yourself any time from My bookings.
Is there a waiver?+
Yes. A short liability waiver is required before booking, and you sign it right on the site. It covers supervision, safety rules, and weather. A responsible adult must supervise the unit at all times during your rental.
